I'd like to be notified when the crochet-along starts. I've started mine, and having a bit of trouble. The raglan increases swerve to one side once the sweater is joined at the v-neck and worked in rounds. So I could use some help!

I'd love to join the Crochet a Long as well. Looks like a great pattern to try my hand at crocheted sweaters, and I love the idea of using whatever yarn I want, in whatever size I need.

Hi--this is definitely a beginner-friendly project--especially because we'll all be working on it together! If you know how to chain, double-crochet, and increase--you should be good to go!

A crochet-along is a project that folks work on at the same time--we chart our progress on our blogs, or by commenting on the posts here at the CAL site. It provides encouragement, help and fun while we're working on the project, and incentive to finish and show it off!

I would like to do this. However, 3 kids ages 5,3 and 1 limit my crochet time. Are there any time limits on this project, or is it do-as-you-can? Can I still access all help and information through this blog?

Also, I was wondering if Andi was willing to share her edging pattern. I just love it!

Hi Melissa--you can certainly start it. The CAL will be running until the next issue is posted sometime in November.

I will be posting an article soon about Andi's edging.
