Just wondering... I, too, have been crocheting some 40 years, yet am always looking for ticks and tricks, especially as I teach knitting and crocheting. The question, then, is whether or not this book has anything new or original in it to merit the hefty purchase price? I'd really hate to read such tips -- again -- as "use a larger crochet hook for the foundation row if you tend to crochet this row tightly."

Anybody know?

I'm sorry, maybe I'm just dense, but it would seem that working your foundation chain around a knitting needle would leave a big hole in the stitch.

I have a question: Can the music be turned off on the Toolbox? I found it extremely annoying and too loud for the volume of her voice. Thanks.
