Summer 2014 Cover: The Inside Scoop

Jun 27, 2014

Do you have the Interweave Crochet Summer 2014 issue?
We love the cover, with the easy, breezy Free Spirit Tunic by Natasha Robarge. We love the model's swingy braided 'do. It's all very summery, yes?

Designed for summer fun, this lacy crochet tunic is worked in Quince & Co's Sparrow, a 100% organic linen.
Here's a fuller picture of that day in February in Fort Collins, CO. We had a coat on stand-by for McKenna for longer breaks between shots. For short breaks, she just tried to pretend she wasn't standing in snow wearing a summery tunic.

Caleb (of Harper Point Photography) knocks some snow off the branches for a cleaner background.

And summer resumes.

Now that summer is really here, we hope you enjoy crocheting up the Free Spirit Tunic and other lacy delights in the Summer issue! Send us pictures!

Happy crocheting!
Marcy
