What does one call oneself when one is from Seattle?
I'm so stoked to see our site mentioned in this article from the Post-Intelligencer. It's a great article. Go have a read.
Seattle-ites?
Yep, I believe that would be correct. It's a bit clunky.
what I don't get is how come my mother works for the paper and yet I didn't get asked to interview for the article. Harumph! I called and told her that all field research for crafty articles should be passed through the layout department just in case my mother might know someone who can contribute.
Yes, it is seattlites...
Good article--but they should have listed your book too!!! ;-)
yea, seattle-ites (however you wanna spell that). :)
great article! :)
Hmm. Seattlites. Kinda like big, hulking computers that float in orbit. Except in the Pacific Northwest.
The suburb I spent my adolescence in is called Delmar (it's several hours from the ocean, mind you), and people from there are called Delmartians. Which may or may not have contributed to my moving to the opposite coast. I mean, I've got nothing against Martians, if they were really from Mars.
