Handmade Handle Helps Hurting Hands

Back when I first started to crochet, I quickly crocheted myself into killer tendinitis. After weeks of physiotherapy and altering the way I hold my hook, I started to put big, rubber pencil grips on my hooks to allow for a more relaxed grip. I've since found that hooks that come with a plastic grip are wide enough for me to use comfortably, but I'm still always on the lookout for nifty ways people have developed for making crocheting more ergonomic or simply more comfortable for themselves.
