  1. I always enjoy looking through the magazine many times over. I am trying to make this pattern, but I cannot understand the part about pulling up the loops. I have done broomstick lace/crochet and uderstand that part. But it seems that something was left out, or maybe I am missing something. Is there a video, or some pictures specific to this that might help?
