  1. I’ve been trying to do this pattern for two days. I can’t get past row 8.  I’ve tried doing it according to the written pattern and I’ve tried doing it using the chart, and I cannot get it to come out evenly.  Not sure if a step was omitted in the directions or what may have happened, but I am left with more stitches at the end of the row than I should have.  Anyway someone can check it out and offer clarification?

  2. Correction for row 8:

Ch1, sc in same st, sc in next dc, * (ch4, sk 4dc, sc in next dc) 2 times, ch2, sk 1 dc, sc in next dc, (Ch5, sk 3 dc, sc in next dc) 4(5,6) times, ch 2, sk 1 dc, sc in next dc,* Repeat from * – * 1 time, ( ch 4, sk 4 dc, sc in next dc) 2 times, sc in next dc, Repeat from * – * 2 times, (ch 4, sk, 4 dc, sc in next dc) 2 times, sc in last dc
