Lotus Sweater

Yogis need a little coziness before or after a visit to the studio, and this drapey, twist-front sweater fits the bill. Wear it over yoga pants and a tank, or layer it over jeans and a cami. A bit of waist shaping in the back balances the loose front.

YARN Handmaiden Mini Maiden (50% silk, 50% wool; 547 yd [500 m]/3½ oz [100g]): sweet tea, 4 (4, 5, 6, 6) skeins.

  1. Is there a mistake in the instructions for Row 5 (7) All Sizes of the front? It says to ch 22 (26), but this isn’t enough chains to end up with 6 (7) V stitches for the armhole extension. I think it should be 26 (30).

  2. The pattern is located in the Interweave Crochet Spring 2014 edition. For a copy or digital download, simply click the green “Go There Now” button at the top of this page. Hope this helps…

  6. People, if you click on the button that says “Go There Now”  it will take you to the magazine which you can download.  You can’t get the paper magazine.  It’s $4.00 and the pattern for the sweater, among other patterns will be available to you.  The sweater is on page 64.
