Leg warmers—good or evil? Peggy’s Leg Warmers are a good thing. These are fitted to suit your very own legs and finished with either a crochet or knitted cuff.

Based on individual measurements. Sample size is adult medium, ankle: 9″; calf: 12″; under the knee: 12″; length: 12″.
Schulana Merino Cotton 90 (53% wool, 47% cotton; 98 yd [90 m]/1¾ oz [50 g]): #42 (rust orange) or #31 (gold), 4–9 skeins, depending on individual measurements, sample adult medium used 7 skeins. Yarn distributed by Skacel.
Size H/8 (5 mm). Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.
Stitch markers (m); yarn needle.
16 sts and 12 rows = 4″ in leg st patt; 12 rows = 3½” in cuff patt.
