Hi,

I found some recently at knitpicks.com  They sell both hooks and needles. You can get the interchangeable ones and connect them to make a double ended tunisian crochet hook, too.  I bought 2 size J hooks and several different length cables so I can make different sized articles.

Yarn.com also has Dreamz hooks and needles made by the same people.

Michael's sells Boye rosewood hooks. Go to their website for a 40% - 50% off coupon.
