Hi! I love to make top-down beanies for kids and adults, and I really want to make one with the old school X-Men logo on the top (it's a circle with an x in it). I understand how to put a design into squares of stitches, but I'm stumped when it comes to figuring out how to do it on a circle. I don't usually crochet them in a spiral, I join each row and don't turn, but I'm willing to change that up for this project.

Thanks!
