Does anyone know the basic recipes for making a ball? There are specifics for making a flat circle... but are there those same basic rules of thumb for other 'shapes'? I have several creatures I want to make that need to be more even then my guessing my way thru it.  I would like to be able to create and then repeat, lol!

Thank you sincerely to anyone who can guide me....

Go to ravelry.com and look up a pattern called "Ideal Crochet Sphere." It's a great ball pattern in several sizes.

Thank you!  I looked it up and believe it will do the trick.  If I could have thought of the word 'sphere' my research may have turned something up. I had looked on ravelry, lol.

Thank you....
