Crochet Top pattern

Hi, I could really use some help in figuring out the below pattern. The pattern is in symbols but the pattern is so dim and blurry that I am having difficulty reading it - not sure if it is my eyes or if it is the pattern itself. The pattern states 2010 so I was hoping maybe someone had this pattern already or could read the symbols for me. I have tried to enlarge the pattern but I just seem to make it more blurry. My daughter really wants me to make this top for her and I think it would turn out awesome. Thanks, Deb

Have you tried contacting Sandrinha, the blog owner, through her "full profile"?   It's linked at the top of the right-hand column on the page you reference. 

From what I can see on the referenced page, Sandrinha posted photos and chart from a Japanese pattern.  I suspect they are from a commercially-published pattern, so there may be copyright involved. You might ask her for the name, publisher, & date of the original instruction book.

BTW, she says she's a translator based in the UK, so I don't think you'll run into a language barrier.
