I can't find the stretch elastic jewelry thread at my craft store. What is the name brand or size of this thread?
I use Stretch Magic in size .5. That is the smallest size. I get it from Michael's or Joann's or you can order it online from many online shops...
Stretch magic in this size is not in gold or silver. Can you tell me what thread was used for the magazine photo?
I would love to know the brand name and size as well. I bought clear stretch magic size .8mm, but it was def too big for the size hook they recomended. I tried a couple of bead shops in Dublin, but none had metallic stretch thread. I can't beleive this is the one article in Interweave that doesn't give the brand of thread that was used!
Vmanda - sorry I didn't see your post right away. I have been checking the pattern download page and did respond to another's request for thread info.
It is Nicole Elastic thread for jewelry. You can usually find it in the beading section of your hobby store.
