This pattern is in the Fall 2011 book. My friend is wanting to crochet this for her daughter. She, myself and four other women have looked at the pattern and can't figure out how to start. Is there a base crochet chain, or how do you start this?
you do a base of a foundation single crochet...........................if you don't know how to do that ( it does tell you at back of magazine in stitch guide) you can do the amount of chain plus one, then sc into hte second chain from hook and all the way back.
