I know it's been a year since your post, but can you still send me the pattern for the Fisherman Ripple afghan. Thank you very much 😊

I have a copy of the pattern you're talking about.  An old friend gave it to me, and she has since passed away, but I have the pattern.  It was from a kit and doesn't say the type of yarn used other than acrylic.  I don't know if it's worsted or sport weight or what.  I can email it to you.  It's an old pattern and may be hard to read, though.  I have an old copy.

I have the pattern. The kit came with Herrschner's 2-ply acrylic yarn and called for an F/5 hook; neither the original kit nor the original pattern listed the amount of yarn because it was included in the kit.  Another person (who wanted a copy of the pattern) had a picture from her kit (newer than the one I had) and she sent me a photo of it. Hers called for 30 oz of 3-ply acrylic yarn and a size G/6 hook.  My email address is in the post above yours, so send me an email and I will send you a copy of the pattern and a picture that shows the quantity, finished blanket, etc.

Herrschner's still sells a similar baby version of this pattern in a kit that makes 3 afghans from 2 different patterns (one with the lacy v-stitch and one plain ripple).  The one similar to the Fisherman Ripple is the red, white and blue afghan at upper left in the picture. Here is the link for it: http://www.herrschners.com/Product/Herrschners+Fairytale+Ripple+Baby+Blankets+3Pack+Crochet+Afghan+Kit.aspx
