Hi there- Hope this will make you a Happy Hooker! Here are two similar patterns from a different designer, maybe one of them could work.

MEI-MEI cover-up by Doris Chan

This is my first post. I have been crocheting for about a year and I thought I was ready for this immediate project. Ha!

Thank goodness for Ruth, a genius at Seattle Yarn in West Seattle. Her help enable me to get pass crocheting the "front neck extensions" and the underarms. I took some work in-process pictures and they can be found at http://www2.snapfish.com/thumbnailshare/AlbumID=956070007/a=24797980_24797980/otsc=SHR/otsi=SALBlink/COBRAND_NAME=comcast2/

1st Tip: The INV-Vs are for "increasing the corners" which are the top of the sleeves.

2nd Tip: Page 69 (Everyday Crochet), 2nd column where you are creating the underarms. This is how I interpreted: "Work in pattern to first corner marker, then BASE CH/SC x, connect chain at next corner, repeat."

Hope this helps. It is a cute jacket. Beth
