Im needing help with this row which I have override it a million times and it doesnt make sence...
I did a popcorn row and the next row is to sc in each dc and in each ch-1, sc in third ch of ch-3 does anyone know what to do Im totally confused..
I understand sc in each dc and then you would chain one right after but than what?

Right. As I read it, no chains. Well, maybe a turning ch-1 at the beginning of the row.
pauline3 is right, you don't chain (except to start a row) instead you are doing a sc into the top of the popcorn (which is the ch-1 mentioned).
The sc in the 3rd of the ch-3 is probably at the top of a turning chain (but I don't know for sure).
