Has anybody every done any of the sweater patterns from the Jessica Tromp site:

On one hand, I', intrigued, on the other there are no photos. I can never really tell the quality of a pattern until I get started. I'm incapable of picturing the instructions unless I'm working on it.

She also has a ton of Fair Isle charts available for free:

My contribution to the crochet revolution will be to crochet Fair Isle sweaters! I'm so obsessed with it and I've done it on a small scale (purses etc) but I want to do sweaters.

I wonder if the patterns are old, from the olden days of the net where everything was text only.

Oops, I didn't look at the Fair Isle patterns. I think your idea of two-color, or more, crocheting is exciting.

yeah they could be really old. I might try one and see how it goes.

I've done intarsia, but I'm crazy and always looking for a challenge.

I've never done crochet fair isle. I've done the knitting kind, but I'm curious to see how it looks crochet. Do you have photos of your purses, etc anywhere? I'd love to see them.

Oh, gorgeous. I see you strand the unused color instead of stitching over it, a la tapestry style.
