I discovered this gem of a book in the local mega- book store. It has an amazing aray of stitches, everything from basic stitches, edging, squares, motifs to lace and filet. It has some impressive stuff.

As a newbie most of it is beyond me, however in it's user friendly format, even I have been able to follow patterns for edging and flowers.

I would highly recommend it for crochet reference.

Thanks for sharing!! I'm going to look for it at my local book store. I already have a book ...two really...with different stitches & patterns, but I'm always willing to learn more.

Happy stitching!!

I love books like that. I ran across a Reader Digest edition of a book that has nothing but different stitches for both crochet and knitting at the library. I'm trying to teach myself a different stitch a week.
