I love my fingerless mitts. Wrist warmers might be more convenient - easier to rinse breakfast jelly off your fingers.

mad for crochet!

I lost one of these on my walk a couple of days ago - got too warm, put them in my pockets, and one fell out. wah. I retraced my steps yesterday, but it had snowed a little the night before and I didn't find it. I guess I should have made three!!

I found it! One part of my walk involves a little bushwhacking and I got pickpocketed by a scrub oak! All the snow melted yesterday, so i was able to find it today. Happiness.

Hey Sarah!!

Those wrist warmers look super warm!! I'm jealous as my fingers/hands are FREEZING as I write!! Lol! Anyway, I'm so glad you found the one that you lost. BTW, are they crocheted? They look more like knit. Just curious!! Thanks for sharing!!!

mad for crochet Oh Yeah! Crochet all the way!! And they are super easy! I just used a bunch of scrap yarn and a big hook made a rectangle and sewed it together with sc. I haven't managed to figure out that two pointy stick thing yet!!
