I'm pleased with this as I worked out how to get an oval by myself. There are probably patterns out there but I enjoyed working it out by myself. I tiled the floor too!!

hi Violetstone, nicely done, im into cloth yarn right now (tea towels/ dish cloth) this cotton yarn would be great for bathroom floor too.

That's very well done! How many strands of yarn, and what size hook did you use?

Hi guys. Its not cotton yarn, its actually acrylic which doesn't work very well to absorb water. I would be interested in recycled toweling or something like that to make bathroom rugs with. I used a 15mm hook and super bulky doubled, one strand of white and one strand of solid or multi-coloured blue, randomly, expect for the last two rows which were solid blue. Thank you for your positive comments, it does look good and I feel proud when I see it on the floor.
