Thought I'd group these together for convenience.
That one is with the little towel I first did.
Here is the larger towel.
and I did a small one in some color just because I could
mad for crochet!
Okay - you must have six hands in order to be able to make all this stuff!!! I adore the oval rug.
:o) that is a common misconception (the six hands)hehehehhh. No I don't have 6, just the average two. I simply don't stop. If I'm watching TV I'm crocheting. If my husband is driving, I'm crocheting. When I take breaks at work, I'm crocheting.
A lot of it has to do with the fact that, after 24 years of smoking, I quit 7 months ago. Crochet was the one thing I'd done PRIOR to when I started smoking, so crochet is what I replaced it with.
:o)
Those are great! Where'd you get the patterns? I especially like the white towel, so simple & clean looking.
I didn't use a pattern :o) thank you. The stitch I used on the towels was very simple. Its just a (single crochet, chain one, single crochet in the same stitch. skip one and repeat.) chain two to turn. And coming back you use the "hole" created by the chain to ::single crochet, chain one, single crochet::
Let me know if that doesn't make any sense. I'm still not so hot at the pattern thing.
and Thanks for the nice compliment!!
Love the pattern in the multi-colored towel--was that intentional? Either way it's very pretty. :D
Actually, it all is...
Amigurumi convert and general yarn-lover.
Unfortunately no. It wasn't intentional. Most of my coolest stuff is accidental. and Thank you
