A mobius shawl made from an Amazing Crochet Lace pattern. It's Patons Lacette yarn.

This is a free sweater pattern from the Lion brand web-site. I omitted the turtle-neck collar. It's made with Wool Ease.

A Crochet! magazine winter issue pattern for a tunic. The yarn is Cascade.

You're my hero.

Seriously.

I'm just starting my very first sweater. How long would you say it takes you to make a sweater? I am in awe over here.

That's quite a collection you have there! You'll certainly be cosy when the weather gets cooler.

Redtartan - I started a jumper last weekend. I don't really follow patterns. Took me two and a half days full of crocheting, and it is only the second jumper i have made. I think you can definitely see the time hookx3 spent making these items though - my jumpers are relative plain and one stitch.

It took me approx 4 weeks to crochet a lacy, 3 coloured jacket with belt, in the smallest size. I do work during the day, so only crochet in the evenings, sometimes whilst watching tv at the same time. I am very pleased with the end result of this jacket. Although I am still a beginner at crochet and this really is my first adult size garment.

The jacket is finish, apart from the buttons. I want to make my own buttons, using tiny beads and I'm just waiting now for the opportunity to search for beaded buttons.

At the moment I am crocheting the tulip skirt that was in the spring 09 interweave crochet magazine. So far,I am half way through this garment and this is my 2nd week.

The mobius took only one evening--it's 45X15 inches of repeated pattern, you fold and seam. It's a great one for doing while watching television. The other two sweaters took about 5 days each, crocheting maybe an average of 5 hours a day. I pick up and do a little as I get a chance throughout the day, but the bulk of my crocheting is in the quiet of the evening after the kids are in bed.
