I started this in March and had the crocheting done in May, and just now I wove in the ends and blocked it and I do love it, Yay! It can be worn in a bunch of different ways and it feels comfy and soft and elegant.

This is beautiful Sarah.

I have not made a stole yet! Nothing as nice as what you have created, & I bet this is your own design!

I have crocheted a shawl, in double crochet stitch, which appeared in the Autumn 2008 Interweave Crochet magazine. I am having difficulty with the flower trim that goes around the 'V' shape. I did intend giving it to my

lady-boss, last christmas, before she left to start a new job, with a different team, but couldn't get the hang of the crocheted flowered trim on the pattern!

I will eventually finish this and may be pass it on to her as a birthday or christmas present later this year.

I may decide to take a photo of my ex-boss wearing it, so I can post it on to crochetme website gallery.

Why thank you Lilian Geraldine! I really love the pineapple swirl edging pattern I got from somewhere out there on the net, so I did that for the ends. I connected the ends with chain mesh with some shells thrown in to break up the mesh.

This is really beautiful. I really like crochet lace and one day I might get round to a stole. You must be very proud.

Cheers! I did dye the yarn (baby alpaca) with a bunch of different weeds all giving similar yellow/greens.
