I did make it longer. The instructions are to get it around your neck only once, and this length I made you can wrap it several times or just let it drape. And I had a really hard time figuring out the lace, too. It took me about an hour of fiddling with it, REALLY studying the pictures and diagram just to get it started right. If I can help you, let me know.

I think I may need to get your help but for now trying to finish scarf .


I seem to be using a lot of yarn and for sc blo was goin around back of look and it was very tight to get through hook think got it sorted.


After all I am still a beginner of a year and a bit.

Came out slightly different from pattern as used a different hook as did not have size in pattern but so happy with how it has come out .

Been asked to make pale green one for someone as they liked it so much.

My own design for a yolk cosie to go on top of low neckine sweater looks nice under a jacket instead of a flappping scarf.
