I've never done the "lattice work" stuff without simply sewing these little pieces to something that is already done.

So I have no clue yet what these will end up being. I've just been sitting and making them. I figure to be able to put them together you have to have a bunch of them anyway.

Hello, Ravenart. I'd consider using some of these on the shawl you're working on. The roses are too heavy for that shawl, but these would be perfect. I'd love to see these on that shawl in an ice blue color.

mad for crochet!

These are lovely. I can't wait too see what you come up with. I could see either just sewing them together in a pattern like tiles or hooking them all together in a mesh.

I would put them together like Doris Chan does by single crocheting into each point and then making a chain across to the next point of the one you are joining to and so on? I don't know how ot describe it but it can be done with almost anything like granny squares and flowers too.

Take a look at Knot and Crochet Today website at the Doris Chan Pineapple Tank style. It is put together in the way I described. Just wing it by single crocheting into the pieces and chaining across to the ones you are joining together. I look forward to seeing what you come up with? Maybe a blanket, or a little shrug?

Good luck! Joni B :-)
