I've seen this post before.  Why are there not more men's patterns?  I'm a 56 year old man who has been crocheting since the age of eight.  But it's difficult to find patterns (other than hats) that a man would actually wear.  How about a vest, or a "V" neck or cardigan sweater?  The few patterns I've found have been around since the 60's and 70's.

Hi JonEangel,

I know that Interweave Crochet would love more men's patterns.  They do not receive as many submissions for men's garments as they would like. You can find submission information on their website if you would like to submit a pattern or know someone else who would like to.

Best wishes,

I think you'll be pleased to find out that there are some men's garments in our Fall Issue.  I'm not at liberty to say what, but they're great! Stay tuned :)
