This centerpiece came from a 1917 book for table covers and was reprinted in Old-Time Crochet Magazine, Vol 19, No. 3, Pages 23, 26 & 27. I used size 10 thread and a size 6 hook to make a 30” centerpiece. I found the pattern at:
http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/between-meal-centerpiece and, like the centerpieces shown, I decided to incorporate different colors in mine too. I used white as my primary color and added rounds of light green and pale yellow.
So Beautiful! Great Work!
You can find it at the Antique Pattern Library, it’s in the Corticelli (5) Lessons in Crochet book (PDF of the original pattern). Scroll down about 20% of the page, the books are alphabetical; it’s in the first of the 2 pdfs.
You do beautiful work!
Make everyday a day to Crochet!

to Onecraftycathy: When I went to the website "Antique Pattern Library" and tried to open the PDF file, I got an error box that said "Acrobat could not decrypt this document". Don't know if anyone else has had this problem.
