Stroller blanket pattern help

I am having some trouble with a pattern beginning with the second row. I will list the first and second row of the pattern to give a better idea of where it is going.

Ch 98

1st Row:(RS). 1 sc in 2nd ch from hook * Ch 6 for triangle. 1 sc in 2nd ch from hook. 1 hdc in next ch. 1 dc in next ch. 1 tr in next ch 1 dtr in next ch. Miss next 5 ch. 1 sc in next ch. Rep from * to end of chain. Turn

2nd Row: Ch. 6 * Working in rem. loops of next ch 6 triangle, 1 sc in next ch. 1 hdc in next ch. 1 dc in next ch 1 tr in next ch.** 1 dtr in next ch. Rep from * to last ch 6. Rep from * to** once. (YOH) 3times. Draw up a loop in last ch of ch 6 triangle. (YOH  and draw through 2 loops on hook) 3 times. (YOH) 3 times. Draw up a loop in last sc.(YOH and draw through 2 loops on hook) 3 times. Yoh and draw through all 3 loops on hooks-dtr2tog made. Turn.

For some reason my brain is not following where the remaining loops would be located following the ch 6. The stiches look scalloped if that helps at all. Any input would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance!

When you work your first row of stitches into the foundation chain, there is a loop at the bottom of each chain you worked in that is left free...those are the "rem. loops" that they are referring to. In other words, you will be working on the bottom (or opposite side) of the row you just finished.

That makes sense thank you! Now as far as the repetitions, I am going across the row to the last chain 6 on the bottom, but it says repeat from * to ** once. Sorry, but this is the first real pattern I have done on my own and it is all looking like Spanish. Thank God for the internet!!!

When it says repeat * to ** once it means to do the instructions between those 2 symbols one more time, or in this case:

 * Working in rem. loops of next ch 6 triangle, 1 sc in next ch. 1 hdc in next ch. 1 dc in next ch 1 tr in next ch.**
