Thanks to pinterest, I have discovered that Russian people know crochet..Unfortunately, Google doesnt know Russian and when it translates the page, it sounds like instructions to building a rocket ship. Below is the page I speak of. This sweater appears to be made in one piece. While I can do the pattern fine, I cannot figure out how to increase or decrease for the sleeve and keep the pattern intact.

Both Google and Bing translate were not able to convert whole web page. Perhaps because the Russian page is presented as an image and not text.
I worked with the image, concentrating on the chart. The above link deciphers these symbols. This is the largest size I could download to this site. Perhaps you could cut and paste and enlarge.
