I would really appreciate if someone could steer me in the right direction to find this pattern.  I found the picture here

I found the website for this pattern and she has a lot of other ones too, only problem is they are all in Dutch.  I ordered the pattern anyways and she put it through the Google translator before sending it to me.  Now I am going to try and figure it all out because it doesn't translate all that well LOL
