I am new to online forums and will give this a try. I have been a crocheter for 40 years. Can't believe it but it's true. I have made everything from my Irish rose crochet wedding dress to amigirumi. I currently am busy with charity crochet for Project Linus and Operation Gratitude as well as others.

33 years ago I was very ambitious to make the Irish rose dress. The bodice was of Irish roses as well as a tam or beret to match. Now I enjoy Interweave Crochet magazine and have made a few items from the Accessories special issue. I have a sweater or two on my list but like many other crafters, I have too many projects going! I need lightweight items as our weather dictates such things but I love wooly goodness in the winter wear as well. The inspiration from your magazine is just great. Thank you for welcoming me to this forum.
