Please help. I have a pattern for a crochet dog coat but the largest size it goes up to is a 61cm. I need 71cm how do I work out how many more chain stitches I need? Is it just as simple as chaining enough chains to measure 10cm to work out the extra I need??

"The Lady who Lunches" dog coat.

This pattern shows large sizes up to 77.5 cm chest and length 59.5 cm.

There is a chart showing the overall shape of the 2 pieces and the measurements for each size.

If the pattern is not right for you, perhaps the chart will give help for adjusting the pattern you have.

I did a Google search for "crochet sweater for large dog" and found many entries.

Perhaps you will find help or a new pattern here.

Best Wishes
