Please HELP!!  I am a beginner at crocheting and I wanted to try again I haven't crocheted in over 30 years.  Anyways, I am crocheting a tote bag, I am on the last row of the bag part, it reads (Rep Rnd 6. Do not fasten off). I followed it.  Then you go to the Handles- Ch 3 dc2tog, dc in next 29 sps, dc2tog, dc in next sp; leave remaining sts unworked.  First I'm stuck at Do not fasten off part, what do I do with this? Please help me.

I am guessing it says do not fasten off because you do not cut the yarn but instead begin the handles there. Instead, begin the handles by chaining 3 and working the stitches for the handle. You will only work part way across the opening of the bag, then turn. This is what they mean by leave remaining stitches unworked. I hope this helps.
