  • Make graphic designs when rocheting in rounds?

Hi! I love to make top-down beanies for kids and adults, and I really want to make one with the old school X-Men logo on the top (it's a circle with an x in it). I understand how to put a design into squares of stitches, but I'm stumped when it comes to figuring out how to do it on a circle....

  • Re: Nicole's Cap

I am working the cap in a superwash sock yarn right now. My hook is one size up, and thhe crow is not sitting as flat as yours. (I hope this will be ok in the end.) I have a question for round 19, I cannot locate a reference to the V stitch anywhere in the pattern or on the CrochetMe website. I will...

  • Nicole's Cap

I have a couple general questions about this free pattern by Sara Read. 1.) Has anyone made it? And if so, did you find any errors in the pattern that I need to be aware of? I'm not experienced enough to know possible fixes or work-arounds if there are. (At least, I don't think I am!) 2.) Did...

  • Lacy hat/beret

I've made three of these hats already. I really love this pattern. It's written using a bulky yarn—11 sc-tbl over 4". So it worked up really fast. The third photo uses a thinner yarn. I got 13 sc-tbl over 4" so I made the largest size and it measures about 21" circumference. There...

  • Camo Skull Cap

I made this Camo Skull Cap over the past two nights. I'm really happy with the shape of the hat, it's always been hard for me to get a good shape on a crocheted beanie, but I think this may be the best one so far. It is for a friend of mine and he was very specific about what he wanted, so I...
