My unfinished project is now done!
Pretty! how big is it? What yarn and hook didja use? Would you make another one?
It was big - I gave it away already and didn't measure it but the size on the pattern is 50X67 - and it was at least that big - maybe a little bigger. IT called for an H hook but I used an I instead and I used Red Heart yarn - and yes - I would make it again - in fact - I already have plans to make it again for a friend for her birthday.
This is so gorgeous. I just took up crochet - entirely so I could make arugurumi robots and monsters. I look at your afghan and think maybe there is more to this craft than granny squares and stuffed animals after all. Its very chic!
Thanks monkeygirlm - I'm not big into granny squares mainly cause I don't like sewing them together at the end - although I have done some afghans like that. I like stuffed animals - but again - hate having to sew parts together - course this afghan you had to make all of the points for one end and then one row attached them all together. I've crocheted for about 38 years now - so I love to explore doing different things!
This is beautiful and would love to have the pattern, to make it for my daughter, for our new grandbaby on the way. Where can I get the pattern at? Thank you for sharing your beautiful work.
Holy COW that's gorgeous!
STUNNING! I can see you have answered some of my questions below. I think that has been my problem...I have about a billion trillion granny squares but I hate sewing and besides, cannot do it. You really are an inspiration! Thank you.
Forgot to mention. I love the colour also.
Absolutly Fantastic! I would also love to have this pattern. How can I get it?
