Toni Rexroat introduces you to the various names for Tunisian crochet and the tools needed to get started.
What would be really helpful would be how to READ a tunisian crochet pattern
What a tease! I thought I would at least see the stitch!!!
I agree, what a tease. It makes me want to go down to my local Michael's and search it out for myself.
What was the purpose of the video? Thank God I have some experience in the technique. But for those who have no experience, the video is very vague.
I agree, the video is a tease!
I thought it was a tease too until I went back and read the text. Click the word "videos" in the text right above the video screen on the e-mail. They have lots of other Tunisian Crochet videos posted there, and you can see the stitch. What a great resource!
So what is the technique here?
I liked this video...specially since it gave information about various hooks. It would have been better if more information about hooks like various sizes in which they are available, where they are available and what they cost, it would be more helpful.

that was it...I thought it was going to show us how...geez
I'm thinking this is just an introduction installment showing the different hooks that can be used with tunisian crochet...it was helpful to me to know that now I for sure have the correct tools to use.
This introduction was way to short & simple. I was looking for one or two sample stitches to be shown. The advertising took up too much time & space. On a scale of 1 - 10 with 10 being the top, I would rate this a 2 1/2.
Thank you very much for the info, I also checked out the videos with the different stitches, what a wonderful help to all us crochet lovers, keep it up,I'm a bi fan.
It would be helpful if this introduction vedio would lead to the next vedio so that one could move on to the step of the technique.
I found this informativeas I did'nt know that you got interchangeable hooks which is great.. Haven't watched any of the videos yet but will do...
