Your artsy fashionista will not be able to resist this mod artwork-inspired tunic. Easy to make and even easier to wear, the front-loop-only single crochet makes a lightweight fabric with good coverage.

Finished Size: 22 (24, 26, 27½)" bust circumference and 16¼ (19¾, 22½, 24¾)" long to fit a child 2 (4, 6, 8) years old. Garment shown measures 22".

Yarn: Blue Moon Fiber Arts Sock Candy (96% cotton, 4% elite; 200 yd [183 m]/2 oz [57 g]): oats (A), 1 (2, 2, 2) skeins; chocolate (B), 1 (1, 2, 2) skeins; fuchsia (C), chamois (D), and dusty blue (E), 1 (1, 1, 1, 1) skein each.

Hook: Size E/4 (3.5 mm). Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.

Notions: Yarn needle.

Gauge: 21 sts and 19 rows = 4" in sc flo.

Back
Shape Armhole:
Rows 2-6: Work Dec row (see Stitch Guide)-36 (42, 46, 52) sts.
Work even in sc flow until armhole measures 3 (3 ¾, 5 ¼, 5 ¼)" ending on a WS row, turn.

Front
Work as for back through Row 6 of shape armhole. Work even in sc flow until armhole measures 4 (4 ¾, 4 ¾, 5)".

Again, different colors for my taste, but pattern looks easy enough for me!
