Visage Lace Beret

Back in my modeling days in the big city, the other girls and I used to dance until dawn at a teen club called Visage. We wore a lot of black back in those days, but I was always a sucker for a little bling. Had I owned a sparkly, beaded, and glittered beret like this one, it would have been my signature piece, so I honored those memories by naming this hat after that oft-visited club. The post stitch faux-ribbed brim is doubled, making it snug and warm, and the beaded yarn adds subtle sparkle that will complement many ensembles. This pattern can be found in Kristin Omdahl's Crochet So Fine.
