Worked in luscious silk, this crochet scarf uses bead crochet to add a little extra sparkle. Additional beads add weight to the fringe.

Finished Size: About 6¼" wide and 42" long without fringe; 50" long with fringe.

Yarn: Halcyon Signature Collection 2/12 Gemstone Silk (100% silk; 610 yd [557 m]/3½ oz [100 g]; ): #107 (light blue; A), #104 (beige; B), #113 (dark blue; C), 1 skein each.

Hook Size: 1 (2.75 mm) steel hook. Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.

Notions: Beading needle or bead spinner for stringing beads onto silk; Miyuki 11° Delica beads: 22 g DB84V (seafoam; D), 15 g DB59 (dark blue; E), 5 g DB912V (beige; F); fifty-two 3 mm or 8° accent beads (Japanese 8° seed beads shimmering steel-lined crystal clear used); bead quantity includes beads needed for project and swatch; yarn needle; st markers (m).

Gauge: 46 sts and 27 rows = 4" in patt, blocked (the only straight lines are bet same-color pairs of rows, so measure row gauge from and to these).
