I'm sorry I am new to this site and would love love love to make Ellie but I cannot for the life of me figure out where the pattern is... I see the yarn used, hook, gauge, etc, but no pattern?  Where should I look for that?  Thank you.

I am also new to this site and would love Ellie's pattern. Is there anyway I can get it without buying the full calander?

Hi ladies:

I believe that while you are still able to buy the calendar, you are able to get the patter free for the first 6 or 7 days of each month that it will be displayed in.  For example, since February is coming up, the February picture and pattern will be available from the 1 - 7th of February for free in the sight.  For me, that is the easy part, the hard part is remembering to get the pattern during the time that it is available for free!  There are so many cute things, and I get going making something then block out all of the rest fo the things I am supposed to be doing!  For instance I made my self a pair of leg warmers, now all of my grandaughters want them.  the problem is the all want them different and there are 10 grandaughters that have asked!  Since I am older, my fingers don't work as well as they used to so it takes me longer than it used to take.  I just praise the Lord I still can do it at all!

I bought the calendar back in November.  I missed 2 months because we were out of town.  I made dang sure that I hit the time  frame to download Ellie and I STILL can't find the Download link.  I'm logged in, I have the picture up on the screen with the designer, size, yarn, etc; but no pattern instructions.  I am SO-O-O-O frustrated.  Please help.  Thank you.  Carmen

I think someone forgot to put in the link for the free download.  This greatly disappoints me, as I don't need the calendar, and can't afford to buy the pattern book... not to mention that, when there is a promise of a free pattern, I normally expect that promise to be kept.  If I recollect how the past months worked, clicking on the picture of Ellie should download that pattern, however this time, it just leads to the page for buying the pattern book.  Not good.

I agree!  I was gifted the calendar and was surprised to find the patterns were only available one week a month.  Now I find it isn't available at all without an additional purchase?!  Beyond frustrated.  Angry!

I am sure that the pattern will be available soon... they must be having some sort of problem. It is beinbg offered for free, so there is no reason to be rude about it.

I have downloaded each pattern as they became available the first week of the month.... a reminder on my cell phone calendar keeps me from forgetting!

But, like users above, I am only looped back to the ebook purchase page, or the photo to download.

Please add the pattern when back in the office on Monday! I'll check again on the 2nd! (And maybe they'll extend the download time by one day?)

Thanks Crochet me for the fix that I'm sure is coming....

I have been looking, too.  So it is April Fool's day and Sunday so I guess I have an extra day to finish the mouse!  I will be checking back tomorrow.  Hope all is working then.

I have paid for, and already have the calendar at home. But last month I had a lot of trouble, and was only able to download Marches' free pattern on the 3rd try.

Now I can't download April's, no matter what I do.

I would really like some help! I already had to miss out on February's pattern becasue it wouldn't come up for me.

Looks like everyone is having the same problem as me. I can't find the Ellie free download. I bought the calendar to be able to get the free patterns and up until this month I haven't had a problem. Although there doesn't seem to be any continuity as to where to get it each month. I even bookmarked the page from last month. But alas, no luck. It would be great if Crochet Me sent a link to those of us that purchased the calendar so we don't have these hassels every month.

I don't think it's rude to state one's feelings Sherri@53, just honest.  One week a month when there has already been a purchase is already an additional hoop to jump through.  Now there is a problem with the download.  I am up aganst a time crunch (child's birthday) with this giraffe as it is.  This is my first experience with crochetme and it hasn't been a pleasant one.  Now I have another crafter calling me rude.

Where is the download link. I can't find it and it seems that some others can't either. Bummer.

Ok now now ladies, no one is being rude as far as I can see. I agree that she is just being honest with her feelings. I too am getting angry that it isn't available today, checked many times and still being looped back to the calendar or the book with all the projects in it. I bought the calendar and even got it after the first pattern was available. However, I was able to download the January pattern in February, so they do think of us customers somewhat. Hopefully tomorrow all will be well and we can be happy and download the giraffe.

It seems Fisherwife found the way to download the Ellie pattern but I still haven't been able to find it. Can anyone help? Thanks so much. Julie

For Julie W. go back to the first page, click on the amigurumi calendar on the left side.  That will lead you to a larger image.  Below that will be three choices:  gallery, forum or download.  You will choose "download" and get the pattern for Ellie the Giraffe.

Has Ellie disappeared now?  I tried for the first 2 days of the month and could not find her, I guess because I am in the UK the time difference meant I was too early.   I had problems finding the first 3 patterns but got there eventually and the first 2 were available for longer than the first 7 days.  Have I missed Ellie or am I just doing something wrong because of the Easter break I have not been able to search since 2 April?

Seems that there was a conspiracy to shorten the available download time this month.  I was unable to download Ellie on the first of April because the link wasn't present.  Was too busy to come back later that week. :(  Very unhappy that I missed getting this free... but think the ebook is priced too high so won't purchase that either.

I have bought the 2012 Crochetme calender and I read from it that to get the patterns within the calender I go to: crochetme.com. Where are they located in the maze of information?? I have looked under the free patterns but none comes up to download. What's going on? I do not want to loose the pattern information. Please help!!~~ Jean

Next time Crochetme, I would highly recommend you include the patterns WITH the calender. From the other comments I'm reading several people were not able to download the patterns. I had no idea we had a window time frame to get them. Where did I miss that information on the calendar? I suppose on the back of December, right? Which I won't look at until the year is up. Crap. I really wanted to make these. I think for the price of the calendar they should be included. Period.
