This easy and innovative vest begins with a horseshoe shape at the center back that grows into a square at the top and a half circle at the bottom. The fronts are worked separately from the armhole in a continuation of the circle.

Finished Size:
35 (41, 44, 48)" bust circumference. Garment shown measures 35", modeled with 1" ease.
Yarn:
Bijou Spun Lhasa Wilderness (75% yak down, 25% bamboo; 180 yd [165 m]/2 oz [57 g]): #08 hunter, 4 (5, 6, 6) skeins.
Hook Sizes:
H/8 (5 mm), G/6 (4 mm). Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.
Notions:
2 st markers (m); yarn needle.
Gauge:
10 cl = 3"; 4 rnds in patt = 3½" diameter.
