Introduction
This is a standard beanie with a twist, using the cross stitch to make it a bit lacy and add a lot of texture. It can be worn as is, or turned up to show more hair, giving it a totally different effect. This pattern works fast and is easy, makes a great gift and a good project to carry along anywhere you go.

Size H hook,
1 Ball worsted weight (4) yarn of your choice (uses less than one skein)

The beginning ch 3 of each round counts as 1 dc. Each round ends by joining to top of beg ch 3 with a slip stitch
