Introduction

This is a free crochet pattern for a seed stitch tote. The seed stitch is made up of the single and double crochet stitches and it creates a nice texture on the fabric. With this crochet pattern you can make a tall tote or a small purse if you like.

Materials List

Yarn: I used Patons Canadiana, but you can use just about yarn that you have on hand.

Crochet Hook: H/8-5.00MM or any hook suitable for the yarn you are using.

Finished Size

When laying flat it measures about 11" x 11". However, you can make it as high as you want by doing more repeats, or make a small purse with fewer repeats.

2" over first 4 rounds and over 8 sc sts.
