This versatile halter-style dress goes on easily over a bathing suit at the beach, then dresses up for dinner with sandals and an updo. You can also wear it as a high-waisted or hip-slung skirt. Worked in half double crochet through the back loop only, this simple crochet dress is a great quick and easy garment.
