Yarn: DMC Perle Cotton size 8 (100% mercerized
cotton; 95 yd). DMC Pearl Cotton size 12 (100%
mercerized cotton; 131 yds).
Hook Size: 7 (1.65 mm) steel hook for size 8
thread, size 9 (1.4 mm) steel hook for size 12 thread.
Notions: Stitch marker(s); small darning needle; 2
barrettes or hair slide, assorted beads or shank back buttons;
Gauge: Size 8 thread = 2-21/2"; size 12 thread = 11/2-13/4". Gauge is not
critical.
