I love the look of these socks, but can they be made a lot bigger?

Hi mammy4423!

I designed those socks so I can tell you that the sample socks in the photo fit around my 16" calves, but they had to stretch a bit more than I would like them to. If they had been made in size L they would have fit me perfectly. I think that the size L sock would comfortably stretch to fit up to a 17" calf. There are 3 sizes of width in these socks to fit a wide variety of leg/foot sizes. Because they are made in a slip stitch blo stitch pattern they are much more stretchy than most crocheted socks.
