coolhockeymom at Crochetville had a wonderful idea for these snowflakes, make festive stitch markers out of them! use either the kidney earwires or the large lobsterclaw clasps attached to the jumpring to put on your crochet stitches!!!

I love this pattern but the photo accompanying it is so bad! Surely someone has a camera with the macro function on it??

I'm sorry about the photo, it's the only one that I have right now. I don't have those earrings anymore, as I gave them as a gift last year. I plan on making more sets and I just recently got a new camera, so I plan on updating the photo then.

Thank you for your feedback on the pattern, I really appreciate it :)

So Pretty! I know just who to make them for, my friend Julia is a snowflake collector...perfect. Thanks!

These are so cute. I added a tiny pearl bead to the middle to spice things up.

These are lovely, and I'm excited about making them. But I'm also very new to this whole crochet thing. I got most of the way through the pattern, but when I got to this part: "Ch 1, picot, ch 1, once more, join in top of beginning cluster, finish off (6 clusters, 6 picots, 12 ch)" I got a little confused. "Once more" what? And how exactly do I "join in the top of the beginning cluster"?

Thanks for a great pattern otherwise!

I also don't know how to comment very well, yet...

Great design, I'm interested in picking up a pair myself. Like Jacks I'm new to crochet and haven't gotten that good at it yet. Hopefully I'll pick it up in no time as I'm a fast learner.
