Introduction

A very easy capelet, crocheted with an 8mm hook that makes you work fast.
I think it's a perfect friend's last minute gift for christmas, because you can do it in a day.

Thank you for looking!

Materials List

Ornaghi Filati Italy "Cashmere" [60% Merino Wool Superfine, 30% Polyamid, 10% Cashmere; 41 yds/37 mt per 50g ball]; color: Purple; 4 balls.

This is gorgeous! I made it with 2 skeins of Lamb's Pride and a starting chain of 45. The neck came out more like a turtleneck, though.

I think next time I will start out with 60.

I'm having some trouble with rows 8,9 and 10. In row 8 you have "3dc in next ch2 space, ch2, (3dc, ch1, 3dc) all in next ch2 space*.Repeat from* across ending with 3dc, ch1, 2dc, all in last ch2 space,sl st in third ch of beg." I'm confused should the 3dc ch2 and the 3dc c1 3dc be all in the same ch 2 space??
And in row 9 you have "*3dc in next ch1 space, ch2*. Repeat from * across, ending with ch2 and sl st in third ch of beg." Could you maybe clarify this for me I did 3dc in each of the ch1 spaces and it looked really weird.
And one more in row 10 you have "ch5 (counts as 1dc and ch2), *3dc in next ch1 space, ch2*, repeat from* across to last ch2 space, 2dc and sl st in third ch of beg." Well in the previous row you don't do any ch1 spaces so I'm confused on the "3dc in the ch1 space".
Thanks for your help!!

This is a lovely piece and I'm making it for my sister.

Hi!well, some corrections on pattern:

Round 8: ch5 (counts as 1dc and ch2), *3dc in next ch2 space, ch2, (3dc, ch1, 3dc) all in next ch2 space, ch2*. Repeat from * across to last ch 2 space, ending with 3dc, ch1, 2dc, all in last ch2 space,sl st in third ch of beg. ch5.

Pattern on round 9  should be correct , so try to make again round 8 and look what comes out!

Round 10: yes, they actually are ch2 spaces!

I'll put these pattern's
corrections  here on Crochet Me and on my blog, so you can follow
them, thanks for helping me with this pattern! For any other questions,
feel free to contact me, I really hope you're sister will love it!
